Breakers Resort First Myrtle Beach Hotel to Launch Integrated Hospitality Marketing App

MYRTLE BEACH, SC, August 19, 2015 Fuel, the travel and tourism industry experts on a mission to simplify hotel marketing, created Guest Express, a simple and effective guest experience and marketing app for the hospitality industry. This month, Breakers Resort rolled out the app, making them the first independent hotel property in the Grand Strand to do so.

 

Guest Express serves both hotel guests and owners as a mobile solution for easier check-ins and checkouts, and also provides intelligent guest communication and revenue generation opportunities for property owners. A proprietary feature of the app is its ability to be highly customized for each property, providing a seamless experience for guests.

 

To celebrate the roll out, Breakers Resort will be hosting a launch event on Thursday, August 20 to introduce the app to guests. During the event, Breakers Resort and Fuel staff will provide guests direction on how to download and use the app. Guests will also have the opportunity to win giveaway prizes, including on-property event passes.

Our staff will also be better equipped to provide better customer service and communication through the app’s push notification features.”

The launch event will begin at 9:00 a.m. in front of Starbucks at 2005 North Ocean Boulevard across from the Resort and will transition to the pool deck at noon.

 

The free Breakers Resort app can be downloaded from the app store and Google Play store now. Guests can also text “BREAKERS” to 41411 to receive a link to download the app.
