Fuel is looking for an experienced full-stack web developer to join our team for at least 6 months with the possibility of a contract extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sophisticated web applications, which primarily serve the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities for this role:

* Code, test, and maintain new and existing web-based applications

* Collaborate with team members on product definition, scope, and timing

* Document all work

* Troubleshoot and solve bugs

Qualifications for this role:

* 5+ years of web based software development using Microsoft .NET 4.5+, C#

* Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL, Angular 2+, and Bootstrap 4

* Git, or a similar version control system knowledge

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written

Entry-Level Success Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Fuel is seeking a smart, fun and energetic person to join our team of “Fueligans”. This fast-paced role is perfect for an individual who is very intelligent, extremely organized and who pays attention to the small details.

No specific experience is required; however, the successful candidate must be extremely comfortable with internet technology, must have a good sense of humor, must get along well with people, must be capable of managing and juggling multiple moving priorities and must have strong problem solving skills.

Experience managing WordPress websites is a major plus.

Position Summary:
Assist the Success Managers and & Marketing Coordinators in managing Fuel’s multitude of hotel clients. This position will involve hands-on learning and will teach the fundamentals of agency account management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists clients and team members with their needs.
  • Assist with content creation and migration on client websites.
  • Accurately identifies and documents bugs/fixes where appropriate.
  • Assigns tasks to appropriate personnel.
  • Provides data to stakeholders to help support their job function.
  • Represents the agency at industry and community functions.
  • Continuously works to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses and seminars.
  • Will be trained to assist with other departmental and agency functions on an as needed basis.
  • Conveys a professional, positive and courteous attitude at all times toward clients, co-workers, vendors and guests.
  • Maintains a healthy attitude towards the job, make suggestions to improve the agency’s overall performance and attends scheduled agency and departmental meetings.
  • Accurately records time within the project management system.

Website & Marketing Intern

Fuel is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic website & marketing intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of entry level marketing and website tasks. Strong organization and communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a team, a sharp mind for leaning new tasks quickly, and a passion for the web are key. This is a full-time position in our Myrtle Beach office. The internship is available Spring 2017 – Summer 2017.
